Day 3 Rehearsal, Stormy Weather, Cooking, Plan B, and Bubba Gump June 24, 2017 Aieee! What a busy and rainy day! We had to cut bait on the plan to do African Dancing after our morning rehearsal, because the rain was coming down sideways. Instead we had some resting and drying off time in the hotel before the New Orleans School of Cooking demo. Can you see the deluge? Making Pralines. The proper way to say it is PRAH-leens, not PRAY-leens (as they do in Savannah). It's been a super busy day, and we're pretty wiped out, but I wanted to tell you some of the things I've heard about our singers: "They're so polite and well-mannered, it's scary!" --Bruce, our wonderful Bus driver "I don't remember having such a great group of kids on a tour before." --Jerry, the Swamp Boat Captain "This is the quietest choir I've ever heard!"
